Shipping Information

We offer two shipping options for all orders:

Standard Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Estimated delivery within 2-3 working days after dispatch
  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships

Express Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • Estimated delivery within 1-2 working days after dispatch
  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary during peak periods or adverse weather conditions. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Period

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this period, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to process your return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and undamaged
  • In its original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@educationprints.com to request a return
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back according to the provided instructions

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns must be sent back at your own cost, unless the product is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

  1. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return
  2. We'll let you know if the refund was approved or not
  3. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method
  4. Please allow 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right promptly. Please include photos of any damage when contacting us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This helps us process your request more efficiently.
